菲迪亚高速龙门铣床增加自动化刀库改造研究

数控加工中心的最大优势是配置有自动换刀的刀库装置,是能实现全程序串联自动化加工的基础。目前,公司这台菲迪亚GT30数控龙门铣床没有自动换刀刀库,只能进行手动换刀。当运行全自动化串联程序时,不能进行手动换刀,使数控龙门铣床无法完成全程序串联加工。为了增强数控龙门铣床的功能,增加设备的使用范围,提高生产效率,重点对菲迪亚GT30龙门铣床进行增加刀库改造。

The biggest advantage of the CNC machining center is that it is equipped with a tool magazine device with automatic tool change,which is the basis for realizing the automatic machining of the whole program in series.At present,the company’s FIDIA GT30 CNC gantry milling machine has no automatic tool change magazine and can only change the tool manually.When running the full automatic series program,it can’t change the tool manually,the CNC gantry milling machine can not complete the whole program series machining.In order to enhance the function of CNC gantry milling machine,increase the scope of use of equipment and improve production efficiency,we have added tool magazine to FIDIA GT30 gantry milling machine.
