摘要 玻璃行业燃料消耗大,二氧化碳排放量多。为推动重点工业领域节能降碳和绿色转型,实现碳达峰、碳中和,玻璃行业以绿色能源替代化石燃料以降低碳排放势在必行。氢能是理想的清洁能源之一,在未来的工业及民用中具有重要的作用。通过对绿氢制造、输送、控制的分析以及其在玻璃生产中的应用研究,提出玻璃行业未来发展更需关注制氢成本、储氢、输送、防泄漏防爆以及玻璃窑炉结构和熔化工艺的针对性调整,为玻璃生产线大规模用氢提供参考和借鉴。 There is high fuel consumption and high carbon dioxide emission in glass industry. In order to promote energy conservation, carbon reduction and green transformation in key industrial fields, and achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, it is imperative for the glass industry to replace fossil fuels with green energy to reduce carbon emissions. Hydrogen energy is one of the ideal clean energy sources and will play an important role in the future industry and civil use. Through the analysis of green hydrogen production, transportation, control and its application in glass production, the focus of hydrogen production cost, hydrogen storage and transportation, leakage prevention. It is pointed out that the future development of glass industry should pay more attention to the cost of hydrogen production, hydrogen storage,transportation, leakage and explosion prevention, as well as the adjustment of glass furnace structure and melting process, and provide reference for the large-scale use of hydrogen in glass production lines.
