智能温室大棚用玻璃

摘要 智能温室大棚采用无土栽培,能有效地解决农产品安全隐患,近几年得到了快速的发展。其中保温和光照是温室大棚农业生产中的重要工作,因此选择一种适合的覆盖材料尤为重要。通过分析塑料薄膜和玻璃两种温室大棚覆盖材料的优缺点,得出超白压延镀膜玻璃可作为智能温室大棚覆盖材料的首选。基于超白压延玻璃的镀膜工艺,通过分析对比,采用弯月面法镀双面双层增透膜的超白香梨纹玻璃,具有无污染、使用寿命长、大棚利用率高、综合保温效果好、光照均匀、可见光透光率高等优异性能,可作为智能温室大棚透光保温材料进行重点推广应用。 Smart greenhouse adopting soilless cultivation, which can effectively avoid the potential safety hazard of agricultural products, has in recent years been rapid development. Among them,thermal insulation and lighting from sun are an important work in greenhouse agricultural production,so it is particularly urgent to choose a suitable covering material. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of plastic film and glass, it is concluded that ultra-clear rolled and coated glass can be the first choice of intelligent greenhouse covering materials. Based on the coating process on the ultraclear rolled glass, and the analysis and comparison, the ultra-clear pear texture glass with two-layer on double surfaces by meniscus method is employed. This coated glass product has the characteristics of no pollution, long service life, high utilization rate of greenhouse, better comprehensive heat preservation effect, uniform illumination from sunlight, high visible light transmittance. Therefore, the glass product can be promoted as a light transmission and thermal insulation material for intelligent greenhouse.
