乡村振兴视阈下广西少数民族村寨“三生”空间优化管控——以兴安县华江瑶族乡高寨村为例

Optimal Control of the Three Spaces in Production,Living and Ecology ofEthnic Minority Villages from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization:A Case Study of Gaozhai Village,Huajiang Yao Township of Xing’an County

以广西兴安县华江瑶族乡高寨村为例,利用ArcGIS10.2提取村域“三生”空间景观要素,结合土地利用变更调查数据分析和实地调研,研究了村域“三生”空间利用、管控。结果表明高寨村“三生”空间以生态空间为主,其次为生产空间,生活空间面积最小;“三生”空间景观聚焦程度较好,但破碎化程度较高,形状复杂;存在生产空间效益较差、生活空间品质下降、生态空间遭受破坏等问题。为实现乡村振兴,需要加强建设用地整理、挖掘生产空间潜力、改善基础设施条件、强化生态环境治理等,进一步提高土地集约节约利用水平、激发乡村产业发展活力、营建宜居生活空间、提高生态服务功能。

Taking Gaozhai Village of Huajiang Yao ethnic Township,Xing’an County,Guangxi Province,as a study case,the utilization and control spaces in production,living and ecology were studied by using ArcGIS10.2,the data of land use and field investigation,from which ArcGIS10.2was used to extract landscape elements such as production space,living spaceandecological space.The result showed that the domination was ecological space,followed by production space,and the living space was the smallest in importance.The focus level of landscape was good,but a high degree of fragmentation and complex shape.There are some problems inproductionecological space,such as poor efficiency of production space,declining quality of living space and destruction of ecological space.For the rural revitalization,we will strengthen the arrangement of construction land,tap the potential of productive space,improve infrastructure,and strengthen the governance of ecological environment.We will further improve the level of intensive economical utilization of land,stimulate the vitality of rural industry development,build livable life space and improve the ecological service function.
