独立学院成功转设后面临发展道路的选择和加快师资队伍建设问题。走应用型发展道路是独立学院转设后的必然选择,要实现这一选择,师资队伍是关键,它直接影响学校人才培养质量与水平,关系到学校的生存与可持续发展。通过对独立学院转设后道路选择及师资队伍建设存在主要问题的分析,提出师资队伍建设优化路径。

After the successful completion of the transfer as required,the independent college then faces the development path selection and the faculty construction.It is an inevitable choice for the college to take the road of applied development.To achieve the goal,the construction of faculty is the critical factor.It directly affects the quality and level of the college talent training,and it is also related to the survival and sustainable development of the college.Based on the analysis of path selection and subsequent problems in faculty construction after the transfer,the optimization path of faculty construction is proposed in this paper.
