高速铁路无砟轨道无缝线路钢轨位移观测桩布置方案研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究高速铁路无砟轨道无缝线路钢轨位移观测桩布置方案,基于钢轨位移观测桩现场调研情况,结合无缝线路养护维修要求,分析位移观测桩存在的问题;通过理论计算和试验测试相结合的方法,研究路基、桥梁和隧道地段高速铁路无砟轨道钢轨-轨道板相对位移变化规律,提出位移观测桩的优化布置方案。研究表明:钢轨位移观测桩现场存在的问题可从材料、检测周期和检测方式等方面进行改进和优化;建议在隧道洞口及其前后100 m处各增设1组位移观测桩;简支梁地段位移观测桩的设置宜考虑简支梁固定支座位置和梁长,以保证位移观测桩设置在简支梁活动支座梁端;建议在铺设常阻力扣件的连续梁两侧梁端各增设1组位移观测桩;针对铺设小阻力扣件的连续梁桥,还可在此基础上于连续梁活动支座处增设1组位移观测桩。 In order to study the layout scheme of rail displacement observation pile for high-speed railway ballastless track with jointless rail, this paper analyzes the existing problems of displacement observation pile and puts forward optimization suggestions based on the field investigation of rail displacement observation pile and the maintenance requirements of continuously welded rail. Through the combination of theoretical calculation and experimental test, it studies the relative displacement variation law of rail track slab of high-speed railway ballastless track in subgrade, bridge and tunnel section, and puts forward the construction method of displacement observation pile. The research results show that the problems existing in the field of rail displacement observation pile can be improved and optimized in terms of material, detection cycle and detection mode. It is suggested to add a group of displacement observation piles at the tunnel portal and 100 m before and after the tunnel portal. The location of fixed support and beam length of simply supported beam should be considered in the setting of displacement observation pile in simply supported beam section to ensure that the displacement observation pile is set at the end of the movable support of the simply supported beam. It is recommended to add one group of displacement observation piles at the end of continuous beam with constant resistance fastener. For continuous beam bridge with small resistance fastener, one group of displacement observation piles can be added at the movable support of continuous beam on this basis.
