摘要 由于国内尚无建成的悬挂式单轨车辆基地,悬挂式单轨车辆基地设计主要参考地方标准及跨座式单轨规范,设计参考资料及标准较为欠缺。为更好地开展设计,对国内悬挂式单轨车型进行调研并分类,结合国内悬挂式单轨车辆特点,对现有标准中存在的问题进行分析,充分吸收地铁、轻轨等成熟运用的轨道交通建设成果,借鉴国内单轨运营经验及建设经验,提出悬挂式单轨交通增加大修、月检检修修程建议,并提出各级修程的合理检修周期及检修时间,减少车辆基地检修台位及库房规模,降低了工程投资,且加强车辆检测频率保证车辆运行安全。此外,对车辆基地工艺布置的建议,增加了车辆存储能力并提高了国土空间利用效率,可供悬挂式轨道交通车辆基地设计参考。 There has been no suspended monorail transit depot built in China. The technological design of suspended monorail transit depot mainly refers to local standards and code for straddle monorail transit, and the design reference materials and standards of suspended monorail transit are relatively lacking. In order to make better technological design of suspended monorail transit depot, the domestic suspended monorail transit vehicle types are investigated and classified in combination with the characteristics of domestic suspended monorail vehicles, the problems existing in the existing standards and code are analyzed, the construction achievements of the subway, light railway and other mature railway transit are fully absorbed, and domestic operation and construction experiences of straddle monorail transit are drawn on. The suggestion of increasing major maintenance system and monthly maintenance system of suspended monorail transit is put forward. Reasonable maintenance period and maintenance time of all levels of maintenance are also presented, which results in the reduction of overhaul stands and warehouse size. In addition, the suggestions are offered on the technological layout of depot to increase vehicle storage capacity and improve the land and space utilization efficiency, and they can be referenced for the technological design of suspended monorail transit depot.
