精梳机分离牵伸力在线检测与规律分析 被引量:2

摘要 为研究精梳过程中分离牵伸力的变化规律,探讨精梳机分离牵伸作用机制,运用扭矩传感器设计了精梳机分离牵伸力在线检测装置,获得了1个分离周期内牵伸力的数值变化。在保持其他工艺参数不变的条件下,分析了精梳机车速、顶梳工艺参数对分离牵伸力的影响。结果表明:精梳机分离牵伸力呈现先增大后减小的“山形”变化规律,在24分度出现峰值;随着精梳机车速的提高,分离牵伸力及其增值呈现增大的趋势;顶梳对分离牵伸力的影响较大,去掉顶梳,牵伸力峰值减小24.67%~34.81%;增加顶梳齿密和顶梳插入深度均会造成分离牵伸力增大,但顶梳插入深度对牵伸力的影响大于顶梳齿密。 In order to study the variation law of separation drafting force in the combing process and to explore the separation drafting mechanism of comber,an on-line detection device of separation drafting force of comber was designed by torque sensor,and the numerical variation of drafting force in a separation cycle was obtained.Remaining other process parameters unchanged,the effects of comber speed and top combing process parameters on separation drafting force were analyzed.The results show that the separation drafting force of comber increases first and then decreases in a"mountain"pattern,and the peak value appears at 24 degrees.The separation drafting force and its increment increase as comber speed increases,and the top comb has a great influence on the separation drafting force.When the top comb was removed,the peak tensile force was decreased by 24.67%-34.81%.It is also found that the separation drafting force increases with the increase of top comb tooth density and insertion depth,but the influence of the insertion depth of the top comb on the drafting force is greater than that of the top comb tooth density.
