省级卫生健康区块链平台建设与应用研究

The Research on Construction and Application of Provincial Health Platform Based on Blockchain Technology

目的 设计省级卫生健康区块链平台,使平台可快速支撑业务上线,保持良好的兼容性与可扩展性,常态化支撑业务应用。方法 总结当前区块链技术与平台发展现状,从业务、技术、数据角度对平台需求进行分析,依据区块链技术特点和实际应用需求,参照相关建设经验进行设计。结果 得出关键设计要点及节点部署方案,即应当采用分层架构,屏蔽底层区块链网络的差别及其复杂度,提供统一接口服务、多链管理与跨链管理、统一的组织管理与租户管理等能力,并进行了初步实践。结论 省级卫生健康区块链平台在建设上应尽力屏蔽底层技术变更对应用的影响,具备多链管理与跨链互操作能力,并提供一定的业务服务能力,以便快速和长期地支持卫生健康业务应用。

Objectives Based on blockchain technology,this paper designs a provincial-level health platform to quickly support relevant business applications and maintain good compatibility and scalability to provide service on a regular basis.Methods The platform is designed based on the summary of current development status of blockchain technology and platform,analysis of platform requirments from the perspectives of business,technology and data,and previous experience in design and development of comparable platforms.Results The key points and timeline of deployment schemes are designed and preliminary practice is carried out,that is,hierarchical architecture should be adopted to shield the differences and complexity of underlying blockchain network,providing unified interface services,multichain management and cross-chain management,organization management and tenant management.Conclusion In the construction of provincial health blockchain platform,it is necessary to shield the impact of underlying technology changes on applications,possess the capabilities of multi-chain management and cross-chain interoperability,and provide certain business service capabilities,so as to provide quick and long-term support for health applications.
