Exploration of Data Sharing in Medical Treatment and Prevention Integration Based on National Health Information Platform

目的 探索如何适度有序地开放人口健康医疗大数据,使之产生社会和经济效益。方法 结合区域医防融合管理服务需求,设计基于全民健康信息平台的医防融合数据共享方案。结果 实现了人口数据和医疗健康数据向基层医疗卫生机构及专业公卫机构的开放共享,为医防融合提供信息支撑。结论 医防融合数据共享方案为进一步开放健康医疗大数据探索出可行的方向,也为其他省市区域医防融合数据共享方案提供借鉴。

Objective Explore the appropriate and orderly sharing of population and health care big data to make the data produce social and economic benefits.Methods Combined with the needs of treatment and prevention integration in management and service,a medical and prevention integration data sharing scheme based on health information platform is designed.Results It has realized the opening and sharing of population and health data to grass-roots health institutions and professional public health institutions,providing information support for Medical Treatment and Prevention Integration.Conclusion It explored a feasible direction for further opening up health care big data,and provided references for other provinces and cities in designing data sharing schemes for regional medical and prevention integration.
