应用PDA实现检验标本闭环管理的设计与实践

Design and Practice of Closed-loop Management of Test Specimens by PDA

目的 利用移动手持机(PDA)提升检验标本闭环管理水平,满足检验标本闭环管理要求。方法基于传统实验室信息系统技术,通过移动手持机与移动护理系统的融合,得到标本采集时间的准确记录,并针对实际使用中遇到的问题给出具体的改进思路和方案。结果 通过在移动手持机中增加患者信息验证模块和采样记录通知功能,将实验室信息系统和移动护理系统进行交互,得到准确的采样时间点,真正实现了检验标本闭环管理。与改进前比较,患者床旁采样时间显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用移动手持机进行床旁信息采集,填补了标本闭环管理中的关键缺失项,极大地提高了检验标本闭环管理的水平。

Objective To improve the closed-loop management level of test specimens by using the mobile device PDA and meet the requirements of closed-loop management of test specimens.Methods Based on the traditional laboratory information system technology,this article obtains accurate record of specimen collection time through the integration of PDA and mobile nursing system,and gives specific improvement ideas and schemes for the problems encountered in practical use.Results By adding the patient information verification module and sampling record notification function in PDA,the laboratory information system and mobile nursing system are interacted to get the exact sampling time point,which has realized the closedloop management of test specimens.Compared with that before improvement,the bedside sampling time of patients was significantly shortened,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PDA for bedside information collection fills the key missing items in the closed-loop management of specimens,and greatly improves the level of closed-loop management of test specimens.
