摘要
目的 通过对安徽省内多家医科大学附属医院信息中心日常运维管理问题的深入分析,应用大数据分析挖掘技术构建一套医院信息中心使用的辅助运维系统。方法 通过对系统核心功能模块进行数字建模和软件开发,配合关联硬件设备的联调测试,实现辅助运维系统的设计和应用。结果 应用实践表明,辅助运维系统可以提高客户端的事务处理效率,能够针对IT软硬件设备进行自动化巡检,实现业务系统的实时监控和故障预警。结论 辅助运维系统的构建并应用,能够增加IT设备及业务系统稳定性,提高医院信息中心的工作效率和质量,应用前景较好。
Objective Through the in-depth analysis of the daily operation and maintenance management of the information centers of hospitals affiliated to medical universities in Anhui Province,a set of auxiliary operation and maintenance system for hospital information center is constructed with big data analysis and mining technology.Methods By digital modeling and software developing of the core functional modules of the system,the design and application of auxiliary operation and maintenance management system are realized with the joint debugging and testing of the associated hardware equipment.Result The application research shows that the auxiliary operation and maintenance system can improve the transaction processing efficiency of the client.It also implements automatic inspection for IT hardware and software devices to realize real-time monitoring and fault warning of the service system.Conclusion The construction and application of auxiliary operation and maintenance system will increase the stability of IT equipment and business systems,improve the work efficiency and quality of hospital information centers,and has a good application prospect.
