开放式肩袖修补术与关节镜辅助下小切口修补术对肩袖损伤的临床疗效对比评价

Comparative evaluation of the clinical efficacy of open rotator cuff repair and arthroscopic assisted small incision repair on rotator cuff injury

目的:对于肩袖损伤患者分别应用开放式肩袖修补术与关节镜辅助下小切口修补术治疗,观察两种术式的临床疗效。方法:选择2021年1月至2022年1月本院肩袖损伤患者100例为研究对象,依据随机抽签法将其分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组予以开放式肩袖修补术治疗,研究组予以关节镜辅助下小切口修补术治疗。比较两组手术情况、肩关节功能评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、并发症。结果:治疗后,研究组手术用时、术中出血量、切口长度以及住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组肩关节功能评分高于对照组,研究组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组出现切口感染、肌肉萎缩、骨性关节炎的总发生率4.00%低于对照组20.00%(P<0.05)。结论:通过本次研究可知,本文所采取的两种术式均能改善肩袖损伤的有关病症,但关节镜辅助下小切口修补术效果更为显著,有效改善手术情况,提升肩关节功能评分,降低VAS评分以及并发症发生率,利于病症好转以及恢复,值得推广。

Objective:To apply open rotator cuff repair and arthroscopic-assisted small incision repair respectively for rotator cuff injury patients,and observe the clinical efficacy of the two types.Methods:100 patients with rotator cuff injury from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control groups and study groups,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with open rotator cuff repair,and the study group received arthroscopic-assisted small incision repair.The surgical conditions,shoulder function scores,VAS scores,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the amount of intraoperative bleeding,incision length and hospitalization were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the study group had higher shoulder function scores than the control group,and the VAS score was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total incidence of incision infection,muscle atrophy,and osteoarthritis in the study group was 4.00% lower than 20.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through this study,the two kinds of surgery adopted in this paper can improve the symptoms of rotator cuff injury,but the arthroscopic assisted small incision repair effect is more significant,effectively improve the operation,improve the shoulder function score,reduce the VAS score and complications rate,conducive to the disease improvement and recovery,is worth promoting.
