基于永磁直驱城轨车辆的空气弹簧设计

摘要 介绍了永磁直驱城轨车辆用空气弹簧的结构及特点,依据永磁直驱城轨车辆服役条件和结构参数,通过几何分析,提出了空气弹簧变形量计算校核方法,并提出了空气弹簧悬挂刚度参数范围,最后通过试验验证了空气弹簧的性能参数符合要求,构建了基于车辆服役条件和结构参数进行空气弹簧设计的方法。 This paper introduces the structure and characteristics of air springs.According to the service conditions and the vehicle structural parameters of permanent magnetic direct-drive vehicles,the method of checking the deformation of air springs is put forward through geometric analysis,and the parameter range of suspension stiffness of air springs is put forward.Finally,the performance parameters of air springs are verified through the test of air spring products,and the method of air springs design based on the vehicle service conditions and structural parameters is constructed.
