摘要
以铁路货车中间体为例,提出一种基于机器视觉技术的铁路货车关键零部件几何尺寸的快速检测算法,并将用该检测算法得到的计算值与标准值进行对比分析,分析结果表明,该算法的相对误差基本低于0.50%,大大提高了关键零部件尺寸的定量和定性检测精度。
Taking the middle carbody of railway freight car as an example,a fast detection algorithm of geometric dimensions of key parts of railway freight car based on machine vision technology is proposed,and the calculated value obtained by the detection algorithm is compared and analyzed with the standard value.The analysis result shows that the relative error is basically less than 0.50%,which greatly improves the quantitative and qualitative detection accuracy of key parts dimension detection.
