State Supervision Academic Discipline with Chinese Characteristics:Its Origin,Value and Scheme

建设国家监察学学科体系是巩固和推进国家监察事业的一项配套工程,学术界应以时不我待的心态积极推进这项工程。在进行学科体系建设过程中,一方面要积极承续国内已有经验成果,另一方面要借鉴吸收国外相关经验,使学科体系建设具有较高起点。就学科体系内容而言,应着力于知识体系、理论体系和话语体系三个方面,三者有机协同、整体推进。就建设路径而言,应以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,以中国共产党百年来管党治党经验为依托,以腐败治理和权力监督相关学科知识积累为基础。

The construction of the state supervision discipline is an auxiliary project for consolidating and promoting the state supervision cause,the promotion of which requires the academic community to make active efforts.During this construction process,existing achievements within China must be actively drawn from on the one hand,and on the other hand lessons from other countries must be learned so that efforts can be based on a relatively higher foundation.As for the system content of the discipline,focus should be given to the knowledge system,theory system and discourse system,each coordinating with the others with promotion to be made as a whole.Its construction path should be directed by Xi Jinping’s thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era relying on the century experience of Chinese Communist Party based on the accumulated knowledge in the field of corruption treatment and power supervision.
