纪检监察学一级学科的内在逻辑体系研究

Research on the Internal Logic System of the First-LevelDisciplinary Inspection and Supervision Academic Discipline

国家监察体制改革以来,纪检监察学在较短的时间内从二级学科、交叉学科成为一级学科,如何理解其内在逻辑体系,把握其未来建设方向,是当前学科建设需要解决的首要问题。从纪检监察学学科建设的内在逻辑体系来看,逻辑起点是中国特色社会主义制度,逻辑中介是权力制约的实践活动,逻辑终点是建立具中国特色的纪检监察学一级学科体系。从纪检监察学学科建设的现实情况来看,未来建设可从复合化(推动学科研究“一元基准”与“多元发展”并行)、标准化(严格落实国家人才统一培养标准)、科学化(建设一流的纪检监察学科理论)三个方面展开。

Since the reform of China’s national supervision system,disciplinary inspection and supervision has upgraded from a second-level and interdisciplinary discipline into a first-level one during a short period of time.The primary problem involving the construction of first-level disciplines is to understand the internal logic system of the disciplinary inspection and supervision and to grasp the future development.From the perspective of the internal logical system of discipline construction,the starting point is the socialism system with Chinese characteristics,the intermediary is the practice of power restraint,and the ending is to establish a first-level academic discipline system of disciplinary inspection and supervision with Chinese characteristics.As regard the current situation in this field,future efforts would better be focused on its features of complexity(promoting the parallel development of monistic standard with pluralistic development),standardization(strict execution of unified state standard for talent cultivation)and science-abiding(construction of the first-level theories for discipline inspection and supervision).
