摘要
目的:探讨肠内乳酸杆菌和人酪酪肽(PYY)在抑郁障碍(MDD)发病机制中的作用。方法:选取83例首发抑郁障碍患者(病例组),健康者85名(对照组)。入组者行一般资料收集、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定,并检测粪便中乳酸杆菌含量、检测血浆及粪便中PYY水平;比较病例组和对照组PYY、肠内乳酸杆菌相对含量的差异。结果:病例组血浆PYY、粪便PYY水平均高于对照组(t=2.18,P<0.05;t=2.38,P<0.05);病例组肠内乳酸杆菌含量相对含量低于对照组(t=-2.85,P<0.01);病例组空腹血糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:首发抑郁障碍患者肠内乳酸杆菌属含量下降、PYY升高;维吾尔族首发抑郁障碍患者存在糖脂质代谢紊乱。
Objective:To explore the role of intestinal lactobacillus and its peptide YY(PYY)in the pathogenesis of depression disorder.Method:83 patients with first-episode depression disorder(case group)and 85 healthy subjects(control group)were selected.Clinical information were collected,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)was administered to them.The number of intestinal bifidobacteria was detected,the PYY level was detected.The differences of intestinal lactobacillus and PYY between the two groups were compared.Results:The levels of plasma PYY and fecal PYY in the case group were higher than those in the control group(t=2.18,P<0.05;t=2.38,P<0.05);the relative content of lactobacillus in intestinal of case group was lower than that of control group(t=-2.85,P<0.01);the levels of fasting blood glucose(GLU),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein(HDL)and low density lipoprotein(LDL)in the case group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The number of intestinal lactobacillus decreases and PYY level increases in patients with first-episode depressive disorder.Uyghur patients with depressive disorder have lipid disorders.
