双相障碍与其他精神障碍共病的研究进展

The research progress of comorbidity in bipolar disorder and other mental disorders

共病是指患者当前或者既往任何一段时间内同时出现两种或者两种以上的精神问题和(或)躯体问题。双相障碍与其他精神障碍之间的共病率较高,共病对双相障碍的治疗和预后均造成了不利影响,是当前的研究热点之一。本文主要对双相障碍与其他常见精神科疾病共病的研究进展予以综述,为精神科临床提供参考。

Objective:Comorbidity refers to one patient suffering from two or more mental conditions and/or physical conditions at the same time.There's a high rate of comorbidity between bipolar disorder and other psychiatric disorders.Comorbidity has negative impacts on the treatment and prognosis of bipolar disorder,which is one of current research focuses in psychiatry.This article reviews the recent studies of bipolar disorder comorbid other mental diseases.
