阿尔茨海默病自主神经功能障碍的研究进展

Research progress of autonomic nerve dysfunction in Alzheimer's disease

阿尔茨海默病存在自主神经功能障碍,可导致其并发多种躯体疾病、社会功能损害以及加重精神行为症状。但是,目前对阿尔茨海默病自主神经功能障碍的病因病理机制并不明确,且研究相对较少。因此本文综述阿尔茨海默病自主神经功能障碍的流行病学、发病机制、临床特征、治疗及其与精神行为症状的相关性等研究进展。

Alzheimer's disease has autonomic dysfunction,which can lead to a variety of physical diseases and impaired social function,and aggravate mental and behavioral symptoms.However,the etiology and pathology of autonomic dysfunction in Alzheimer's disease are not clear now,and there are relatively few researches.Therefore,this article reviews the epidemiology,pathogenesis,clinical features,treatment and correlation between autonomic nervous dysfunction and psychobehavioral symptoms in Alzheimer's disease.
