摘要 为降低沿空掘进巷道维护成本,提高资源回采率,延长矿井服务年限,漳村煤矿实施沿空掘巷切顶卸压技术。通过理论分析及计算,确定切顶卸压技术参数。结合现场条件,合理安排切顶爆破时间及采取超前加固措施,在2502风巷实施切顶卸压技术,爆破切顶高度达20 m,小煤柱所受顶板垂直应力为零,切断煤柱与基本顶之间层间联系,实现采空区连续垮落,节约维修费用588万元。 In order to reduce the maintenance cost of roadway driving along goaf,improve the recovery rate of resources and prolong the service life of the mine,the roof cutting and pressure relief technology of roadway driving along goaf is implemented in Zhangcun Coal Mine.Through theoretical analysis and calculation,the technical parameters of roof cutting and pressure relief are determined.Combined with the site conditions,the blasting time of roof cutting is reasonably arranged and the advance reinforcement measures are taken.The roof cutting and pressure relief technology is carried out in the 2502 air roadway.The blasting top cutting height reaches 20 m,the roof vertical stress of small coal pillar is zero,the layer connection between coal pillar and basic roof is cut off,the continuous collapse of goaf is realized,and the maintenance cost is saved by 5.88 million yuan.
