新型风水混合喷雾降尘装置在综掘机上的应用

Application of a New Type of Wind and Water Mixed Spray Dust Reduction Device in Fully Mechanized Excavator

针对潞安化工集团各煤矿掘进巷道中大功率掘进机掘进过程中产生大量的煤尘和粉尘,而原综掘机采用的内外喷雾系统无法快速高效地进行降尘处理的问题,设计了一种新型高效风水混合喷雾降尘装置。该装置在王庄煤矿中进行了实践应用,达到了较好的降尘效果。

Aiming at the problem that a large amount of coal dust and dust are produced in the driving process of the high-power roadheader in various coal mines of Lu’an Chemical Group,but the internal and external spray system adopted by the original fully mechanized excavator can not reduce the dust quickly and efficiently,a new type of high-efficiency wind and water mixed spray dust reduction device is designed.The device has been applied in Wangzhuang Coal Mine and a good dust reduction effect has been achieved.
