上榆泉煤矿洗选中心粉尘治理实践

Practice of Dust Control in Washing Center of Shangyuquan Coal Mine

为了解决长期以来粉尘对洗煤厂工作效率提升和安全保障的制约等困扰煤炭洗选企业的问题,上榆泉煤矿洗选中心结合生产现场实际,对尘源点采取了“产尘点封堵、扬尘点洗气、积尘点清扫”三位一体的的综合治理措施。结果表明,车间主要区域粉尘浓度大幅下降,含尘浓度远低于国家相关标准的规定,既保证了安全生产,又为员工的职业健康提供了保障。

In order to solve the problems that have plagued the coal washing enterprises for a long time,such as the restriction of dust on the improvement of work efficiency and safety guarantee of the coal preparation plant,the washing and separation center of Shangyuquan Coal Mine combined with the reality of the production site,the trinity comprehensive treatment measures of"dust point plugging,dust point gas washing and dust point cleaning"are taken for the dust source point.The results show that the dust concentration in the main area of the workshop decreases greatly,and the dust concentration is much lower than the relevant national standards,which not only ensures the safety of production,but also provides a guarantee for the occupational health of employees.
