摘要
针对3605综采工作面回采过程中采空区遗煤自燃,造成工作面上隅角CO异常涌出及浓度超限的问题,基于均压通风技术的防灭火工作体系,通过采取改变进回风压差、加固密闭墙及回填地表搬缝等控制采空区漏风量,对采空区灌黄泥浆、采空区遗煤加大喷洒阻化剂次数及时间,并加强JSG-8束管监测系统监测配合人工现场实测等措施,将采空区漏风量降低至8 m^(3)/min,上隅角CO浓度降低至4×10^(-6)×10^(-6),极大缓解了工作面防灭火工作压力。
In view of the spontaneous combustion of the residual coal in the goaf during the mining process of 3605 fully mechanized mining face,resulting in the abnormal emission of CO in the upper corner of the working face and the concentration exceeding the limit,the fire prevention and extinguishing system based on the pressure equalizing ventilation technology controls the air leakage in the goaf by changing the inlet and return air pressure difference,strengthening the closed wall and backfilling the surface joints,filling the goaf with yellow mud,and increasing the number and time of spraying inhibitor on the residual coal in the goaf,and strengthen the monitoring of JSG-8 bundle pipe monitoring system,cooperate with manual field measurement and other measures to reduce the air leakage in the goaf to 8 m^(3)/min and the CO concentration in the upper corner to 4×10^(-6)×10^(-6),which greatly relieves the working pressure of fire prevention and extinguishing in the working face.
