摘要
针对大巷冒顶区存在的瓦斯积聚和冒落隐患,选择“下层密闭模板+顶部插管灌注”方式,实现了冒顶区底部封闭、无机材料进行充填的工业性试验。结果表明:无机充填材料具备速凝早强特性,最高反应温度35℃,膨胀4~5倍;4处冒顶区总体积253 m^(3),纯充填时间27 h,消耗材料49.2 t,实施速度快,充填体与顶板紧密贴合,顶板几乎无下沉。
Aiming at the hidden danger of gas accumulation and caving in the roof area of the main roadway,the mode of"lower airtight formwork+top intubation and perfusion"is selected to realize the industrial test of sealing at the bottom of the roof area and filling with inorganic materials.The results show that the inorganic filling material has the characteristics of rapid setting and early strength,the highest reaction temperature is 35℃,expand by 4-5 times,the total volume of 4 caving areas is 253 m^(3),the pure filling time is 27 h,the consumption of materials is 49.2 t,the implementation speed is fast,the filling body is closely attached to the roof,and the roof almost does not sink.
