降低煤炭破碎缩分质量风险的新技术应用

摘要 市售的固体物料破碎机和筛分机无法有效规避试样制备过程中出现撒样、混样等质量风险,导致破碎完成后的样品不具有代表性,造成检验检测结果出现偏差。本研究在市售的固体物料破碎机和筛分机基础上增加了质量控制装置即接料斗智能识别装置和质量智能判断控制装置,减少人为主观判断,实现固体物料破碎和筛分全过程中的质量控制,保证采集煤样更具代表性,提高检测结果准确性,减少样品浪费。 The solid material crusher and screening machine sold in the market can not effectively avoid the quality risks such as spreading and mixing samples in the process of sample preparation,resulting in the unrepresentativeness of the crushed samples and the deviation of the test results.In this study,quality control devices,namely hopper intelligent identification device and quality intelligent judgment control device,are added on the basis of solid material crusher and screening machine sold in the market,so as to reduce artificial subjective judgment,realize the quality control in the whole process of crushing and screening of solid materials,ensure that coal samples are more representative,improve the accuracy of test results,and reduce sample waste.
