全流程管理的健康街道评价方法研究——以北京鼓楼西大街为例

Research on Healthy Streets Evaluation Method of Whole Process Management——A Case Study of Beijing Gulouxi Street

近年来受疫情影响,世界各国越来越关注健康出行,提出了健康街道的理念,如何构建安全舒适、慢行友好的健康街道成为了社会各界重点关注的问题,如何发掘健康街道建设要点,开展健康街道全流程管理的监测评价工作更是成为了重中之重.以研究全流程管理的健康街道评价方法为目标,借鉴国内外健康街道评价、慢行交通评价等相关经验,结合北京市相关规范、交通发展现状等,提出适用于北京市的健康街道评价方法,构建评价指标体系,并以鼓楼西大街为例进行实例分析.

In recent years,affected by COVID-19,countries around the world have paid more and more attention to healthy travel and put forward the concept of healthy streets.How to build safe,comfortable and friendly streets for vulnerable road users has become a key issue.How to explore the key points of healthy street construction and carry out the monitoring and evaluation of healthy street has become a top priority.This paper aims to research the healthy street evaluation method,draws lessons from the relevant experience of healthy street evaluation,combined with the relevant norms and traffic development status of Beijing,puts forward the healthy street evaluation method suitable for Beijing,develops the evaluation index system,and evaluates the method using Beijing Gulouxi Street as an example.
