基于云模型的城市占道施工区交通安全风险评价方法

摘要 为保障城市道路交通安全运行,针对城市道路施工区交通安全隐患突出以及当前交通安全风险评价方法存在不足等问题,本文将云模型理论应用于城市道路施工区交通安全风险评价中.通过建立施工区交通安全风险评价指标体系,采用AHP法与灰色关联度分析法组合计算指标权重,运用云模型算法计算施工区交通安全风险评价指标体系中各级指标的云模型数字特征,进而构建出了施工区交通安全风险评价云模型,并将模型应用于郑州市地铁7号线占道施工区的交通安全风险评价,结果表明该处施工区域的施工现场管理、施工位置、施工类型、施工人员安全意识、安全防护设施等6个指标的安全隐患较大,需要采取风险应对措施.该模型为城市道路占道施工区的交通安全风险评定、预防及应对提供了有用信息. In order to ensure the safe operation of urban road traffic,this paper applies the cloud model theory to the evaluation of traffic safety risk at construction areas on the urban road,in view of the prominent traffic safety hazards in urban road construction areas and the inadequacy of current traffic safety risk evaluation methods.By establishing the construction zone traffic safety risk evaluation index system,the AHP method and gray correlation analysis method are used to calculate the index weights,and the cloud model algorithm is used to calculate the cloud model numerical characteristics of all levels of indicators in the construction zone traffic safety risk evaluation index system,and the construction zone traffic safety risk evaluation cloud model is developed.This paper then applies the model to the traffic safety risk evaluation of the occupied construction zone of Zhengzhou Metro Line 7.The results show that the construction site management,construction location,construction type,safety awareness of construction personnel,safety protection facilities and other six indicators of the construction area have greater safety risks and require risk response measures.This model provides useful information for traffic safety risk assessment,prevention and response in construction areas occupied by urban roads.
