摘要 目的研究分析甲状腺多模态超声对甲状腺结节的临床应用价值。方法选取2020年8月—2021年10月在泸县人民医院接受甲状腺超声检查的350例甲状腺结节患者为研究对象,根据组织病理学诊断结果将研究对象分为良性结节组(304例)和恶性结节组(46例)。观察诊断效能。结果良性结节组与恶性结节组患者的TI-RADS分级差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),多模态超声检查诊断甲状腺恶性结节的灵敏度92.76%、特异度95.65%皆高于单独的剪切波弹性成像技术(74.01%、84.78%)和超声造影诊断(68.75%、86.96%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.907、13.739,P<0.05)。结论甲状腺多模态超声对甲状腺结节的良恶性诊断有较高临床应用价值,能够大幅提高诊断的特异度和灵敏度。 Objective To study and analyze the clinical application value of thyroid multimodal ultrasound in thyroid nodules.Methods A total of 350 patients with thyroid nodules who received thyroid ultrasound examination in Luxian County People's Hospital from August 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to the results of histopathological diagnosis,the subjects were classified as benign nodule group(304 cases)and malignant nodule group(46 cases).Observed the diagnostic performance.Results Compared of TI-RADS grade between the benign nodule group and malignant nodule group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of 92.76% and the specificity of 95.65% for the diagnosis of malignant thyroid nodules by multimodal ultrasonography were higher than those of shear wave elastography alone(74.01%,84.78%)and contrast-enhanced ultrasound(68.75%,86.96%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.907,13.739,P<0.05).Conclusion Thyroid multimodal ultrasound has high clinical application value for the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules,which can greatly improve the specificity and sensitivity of diagnosis.
