牙用根管钉光固化树脂核与纤维桩核烤瓷全冠修复的牙缺损修复效果比较

Comparison of Dental Defect Repair Effects Between Light-Cured Resin Core and Fiber Post-Core Porcelain Crown Restoration with Root Canal Nails

目的探讨牙用根管钉光固化树脂核与纤维桩核烤瓷全冠修复的牙缺损修复效果。方法选取2019年4月—2020年5月广东省深圳市龙岗区第二人民医院收治的90例桩核修复后再行烤瓷修复牙缺损患者,以数字随机表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,对照组行玻璃纤维桩核修复,观察组应用牙用根管钉光固化树脂行桩核修复,比较两组修复效果。结果观察组修复成功率为95.56%,与对照组97.78%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.345,P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率4.44%与对照组6.67%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.212,P>0.05);两组治疗前后GI评分、咀嚼功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后GI评分、咀嚼功能评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙用根管钉光固化树脂核与纤维桩核在牙缺损修复中均有较好效果,可改善患牙牙龈功能及咀嚼功能,临床可根据实际情况选择适当的修复材料。

Objective To investigate the repair effect of dental root canal nails with light-cured resin core and fiber post-core porcelain full crown restoration.Methods A total of 90 patients with tooth defects the Second People's Hospital of Longgang District treated in the who underwent post-core repair and then porcelain repair were selected from April 2019 to May 2020,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group by numerical random table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with glass fiber post and core repair,and the observation group was treated with dental root canal nail light-cured resin for post and core repair.The repair effects of the two groups were compared.Results The repair success rate of the observation group was 95.56%,compared with 97.78% of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.345,P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complication of 4.44% in the observation group and 6.67% in the control group(χ^(2)=0.212,P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the GI score and masticatory function score between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),the GI score and masticatory functionthe score of two groups after treatment compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The root canal nails with light-cured resin core and fiber post and core have better effects in the repair of tooth defects,and can improve the gingival function and chewing function of the affected teeth.The appropriate repair materials can be selected according to the actual situation.
