二维超声联合彩色多普勒超声在乳腺结节诊断中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Two-dimensional Ultrasonography Combined with Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Breast Nodules

目的探讨二维超声联合彩色多普勒超声诊断应用在乳腺结节诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2018年9月—2021年9月进入灌云县人民医院治疗的乳腺结节患者62例,分别给予二维超声和彩色多普勒诊断,二维超声诊断结果纳入对照组,二维超声联合彩色多普勒诊断结果纳入观察组,统计两组诊断结果,并对比良恶性乳腺结节的诊断准确性、灵敏性与特异性。结果观察组诊断准确性(95.16%)与灵敏度(92.00%)均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.685、7.018,P<0.05);观察组诊断特异性、阳性预测值与阴性预测值显著较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床在鉴别诊断乳腺结节良恶性过程中,选择二维超声联合彩色多普勒超声诊断的价值较高,诊断准确程度高,为临床制订最佳治疗方案提供重要参考依据。

Objective To explore the clinical value of two-dimensional ultrasonography combined with color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast nodules.Methods A total of 62 patients with breast nodules who were admitted to Guanyun County People's for treatment from September 2018 to September 2021 were selected and diagnosed by two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler respectively.The two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis results were included in the control group,and the two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler diagnosis results were included in the observation group.The diagnostic results of the two groups were compared,and the diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of benign and malignant breast nodules were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy(95.16%)and sensitivity(92.00%)of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.685,7.018,P<0.05);the diagnostic specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the observation group were also significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast nodules,two-dimensional ultrasonography combined with color Doppler ultrasonography has high diagnostic value and high diagnostic accuracy,which provides an important reference for clinical formulation of the best treatment plan.
