小儿肺咳颗粒与布地奈德在小儿支气管肺炎中的应用疗效及对症状消失时间、肺功能指标的影响分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Xiaoerfeike Granule and Budesonide in Children with Bronchopneumonia and their Influence on Symptom Disappearance Time and Pulmonary Function Indexes

目的探究小儿肺咳颗粒与布地奈德在小儿支气管肺炎中的应用疗效及对症状消失时间、肺功能指标的影响。方法选取2019年2月—2020年2月无锡瑞慈妇产医院儿科门诊接收的270例小儿支气管肺炎患儿,随机分成两组开展研究。对照组135例仅雾化吸入布地奈德治疗,观察组135例则在以上基础予以小儿肺咳颗粒治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组患儿的总有效率(92.59%)显著高于对照组患儿(74.81%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.585,P<0.05);观察组治疗后的血清免疫蛋白指标IgG、IgM、IgA水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后的各项肺功能指标水平均显著高于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的各临床症状消失时间均明显短于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺咳颗粒联合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果突出。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Xiaoerfeike granules and budesonide in children with bronchopneumonia and the specific effects on symptom disappearance time and pulmonary function indicators.Methods A total of 270 pediatric patients with bronchopneumonia who were admitted to the pediatric outpatient department of the Wuxi Rich Maternity Hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups for the study.The 135 cases in the control group were only treated with atomized inhalation of budesonide,while the 135 cases in the observation group were treated with Xiaoerfeike granules on the basis of the above,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate(92.59%)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.81%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.585,P<0.05).The levels of serum immune protein indexes IgG,IgM and IgA in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of various pulmonary function indexes in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of each clinical symptom in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoerfeike granules combined with budesonide has outstanding effect in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia.
