突发公共卫生事件下医学高校图书馆应急管理实践与思考--以福建医科大学图书馆为例

Practice and thinking of library emergency management in medical university under public health emergencies--Taking Fujian Medical University library as an example

本文以福建医科大学图书馆为例探讨突发公共卫生事件下图书馆应急管理的实践方案,分析突发公共卫生事件下医学高校图书馆的角色定位、服务目标及新要求,从事前预防、事中应对、善后恢复三个方面探讨高校图书馆应对突发公共卫生事件的应急管理策略,并介绍福建医科大学图书馆在突发公共卫生事件期间的特色工作实践,最后从强化健康信息素养教育、完善图书馆的应急机制、加强馆员应急能力培训三个方面提出医学高校图书馆应对突发公共卫生事件的思考与建议。

Taking Fujian Medical University library as an example,this paper discusses the practical scheme of library emergency management under public health emergencies,analyzes the role orientation,service objectives and new requirements of medical university libraries under public health emergencies,probes into the emergency management strategies of university libraries to deal with public health emergencies from three aspects:pre–prevention,in–process response and post–recovery,and introduces the characteristic working practice of Fujian Medical University library during the period of public health emergencies.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to deal with public health emergencies in medical university librariy from three aspects:strengthening health information literacy education,perfecting the emergency mechanism of libraries and strengthening the training of librarians'emergency ability.
