均苯型聚酰亚胺合成工艺改进对材料性能的影响

摘要 针对现有均苯型聚酰亚胺(PI)模塑粉合成工艺进行适当改进,提高反应釜搅拌电机功率,增大搅拌桨转速。工艺改进后,模塑粉过120目不锈钢筛得率得到一定的提升,批次间模塑粉比浓对数黏度测试数据分布更加均匀,挥发分含量减少,且其化学结构与改进前相比没有发生明显变化。利用合成工艺改进后的模塑粉制备得到的PI模塑料批次间力学性能更加稳定,材料韧性略有提升,所得零件产品的高温性能相比工艺改进前更加优异。 In this work,the current synthesis process of polypyromellitimide molding powder is appropriately improved by improving the power of the stirring motor of the reactor and increasing the speed of the stirring paddle.With modified preparation process,the yield of 120 mesh sieve molding powder has been improved to a certain extent,the inherent viscosity distribution of molding powder among batches is more uniform and the volatile matter is decreased without any changes in chemical structures.The mechanical properties between batches of polyimide molding compounds prepared by molding powder after the improvement of synthetic process are more stable,and the material toughness is slightly improved.The high temperature performances of the obtained parts are better than those before the improvement of process.
