摘要
蓄热式氧化炉(RTO)是应用广泛的挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)废气治理设备。简要介绍了RTO的系统组成与基本工作原理,并从技术应用角度分析了RTO的去除效率、安全控制、热效率、腐蚀、堵塞、旁通排放等方面的问题,就RTO应用中的一些主要问题给出了设计、选用建议,为RTO的技术应用提供了参考。
Regenerative thermal oxidizer is a widely used waste gas treatment equipment for volatile organic compounds(VOCs).This paper briefly introduces the system composition and basic working principle of RTO,analyzes the destruction removal efficiency,safety control,thermal efficiency,corrosion,blockage,bypass emission and other problems of RTO from the perspective of technical application,and gives the design and utilization suggestions on some main problems in the application of RTO,which provides a reference for the technical application of RTO.
