工厂原料油储罐VOCs气体的收集处理方案设计

摘要 工厂原料油罐经呼吸阀呼出的含挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)气体压力低、气量小,且间断排放。针对上述情况,综合考虑工厂已有设施情况及新增设备的投资、占地面积,设计了一种使用吸风罩收集,风机增压的“开式”收集方案。收集的VOCs混合气体送至工厂尾气锅炉焚烧,经烟气处理装置净化达标后排放。 The gas containing volatile organic compounds(VOCs)exhaled from the raw oil tank in a factory through the breathing valve has a low pressure and a small gas volume,and is intermittently discharged.In view of the above situation,taking into account the existing facilities of the factory,the investment and land occupation of new equipment,a"open"collection scheme using a suction hood for collection and a fan for pressurization was designed.The collected VOCs mixture was sent to the existing exhaust gas boiler for incineration,and then discharged after being purified by the existing exhaust gas treatment device.
