压力试验可分为液压试验和气压试验。主要论述了气压试验的应用,包括管道适用条件、试验压力的选择;通过对气压试验系统储能、TNT当量、最小安全距离的计算,依据理论数据对其安全性进行深入分析;简要描述了气压试验的流程,并探讨了为提高气压试验安全可操作的防范措施。
Pressure test can be divided into hydraulic test and pneumatic test.This paper mainly discusses the application of pneumatic pressure test,including pipeline conditions,test pressure selection.By calculating the energy storage,TNT equivalent and the minimum safe distance of the pressure test system,the safety of the system is analyzed according to the theoretical data.The paper also discusses the process of pneumatic test and the operational preventive measures for improving safety.
