摘要 钢带错绕式高压储氢容器在加氢站中普遍存在,其储存压力高,介质易爆易燃,且储存氢气的容器材质有可能发生氢脆,存在潜在的泄漏和爆炸危险。总结加氢站用储氢压力容器的基本特性,针对其存在的安全隐患,对钢带错绕式高压储氢容器提出相关检验建议。 Steel strip staggered high-pressure hydrogen storage container is common in hydrogenation station.Its storage pressure is high,the medium is explosive and flammable,and the material of hydrogen storage container may appear hydrogen embrittlement,which has potential leakage and explosion hazards.This paper summarizes the basic characteristics of hydrogen storage pressure vessels for hydrogenation stations,and puts forward relevant inspection suggestions for such high-pressure hydrogen storage vessels with staggered steel strip in view of their potential safety hazards.
