摘要 建立超痕量六价铬分析仪快速测定生活源回收塑料中六价铬[Cr(Ⅵ)]含量方法。塑料样品被粉碎后,经浸提、显色、调节pH和蒸馏水定容,上机检测。实验结果表明:六价铬保留时间在80~90 s之间,峰形良好,在3 min内完成分析;在5~50μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(R)为0.9992,方法检出限为0.08 ng/L,方法加标回收率在95.2%~106.3%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.2%。使用该方法对10批次生活源回收塑料进行检测,六价铬质量分数在0.105~2.162 mg/kg之间。该法灵敏度高,检出限低,能自动进样分析,不受样品基体影响,能够满足生活源回收塑料中六价铬的检测需求。 An ultra-trace Chromium(Ⅵ)analyzer was established to quickly determine the content of Chromium(Ⅵ)in recycled plastics from life sources.After the plastic sample was crushed,it is extracted,colored,adjusted pH value,and fixed volume with distilled water,and tested on the machine.The experimental results showed that the retention time of Cr(Ⅵ)was between 80 s and 90 s,the peak shape was good,and the analysis was completed within 3 min.The linear relationship was good in the mass concentration range of 5-50μg/L,the correlation coefficient(R)was 0.9992,the detection limit of the method was 0.08 ng/L,the recovery rate was between 95.2%and 106.3%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 3.2%.Using this method,10 batches of recycled plastics from living sources were tested,and the content was between 0.105 mg/kg and 2.162 mg/kg.The method has high sensitivity and low detection limit,it can be automatically injected and analyzed,and is not affected by the sample matrix.The method can meet the detection requirements of Cr(Ⅵ)in recycled plastics.
