单侧双通道内镜技术治疗钙化型腰椎间盘突出症

Unilateral biportal endoscopy for calcified lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨单侧双通道内镜技术治疗钙化型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2020年11月~2021年8月在安徽医科大学第二附属医院骨科行手术治疗的16例钙化型腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用VAS评分、ODI指数和改良Macnab疗效评定标准进行临床疗效的评价。结果患者术后腰腿痛VAS评分、ODI指数在术后1周、3月、及末次随访时较术前均显著改善(P<0.05);根据改良的Macnab标准,优良率达到93.75%。结论单侧双通道内镜技术治疗钙化型腰椎间盘突出症具有创伤小、恢复快的优点,可获得良好的短期疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of unilateral biportal endoscopy in the treatment of calcified lumbar disc herniation.Methods Sixteen patients with calcified lumbar disc herniation who underwent surgery in the Department of Orthopedics of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from November 2020 to August 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical outcomes were evaluated using VAS scale,Oswestry disability index(ODI)and modified Macnab efficacy assessment criteria.Results The postoperative lumbar and leg pain VAS score and ODI were significantly increased at 1 week,3 months postoperatively and the last follow-up(P<0.05).According to the modified Macnab criteria,93.75%patients obtained excellent and good results.Conclusion Unilateral biportal endoscopy in the treatment of calcified lumbar disc herniation has advantages of minimal invasive and quick recovery,and can obtain good short-term clinical results.
