摘要
以生物基戊二胺为原料,探究生物基高温尼龙合成的可能性。核磁共振氢谱(NMR),红外光谱(FTIR),凝胶渗透色谱(GPC),差示扫描量热分析(DSC)和热重分析(TG)分析表明:采用石油基高温尼龙的两步法制备生物基尼龙的路线可行,分子结构符合预期;生物基尼龙的数均分子量为11401,重均分子量为21562,分布指数为1.89;生物基高温尼龙的熔点为300℃左右,冷结晶温度较低且窄,加工温度更宽,热残重值更高。
Bio-based pentanediamine,petroleum-based hexamethylene diamine were used as raw materials to study the thermal properties of bio-based and petroleum-based high-temperature nylon.NMR and FTIR results indicated that it was feasible to prepare bio-based high-temperature nylon by a two-step process of petroleum-based high-temperature nylon.The obtained bio-based high-temperature nylon has the expected molecular structure.GPC results showed that the number-average molecular weight of bio-based nylon was 11401.The weight-average molecular weight was 21562,and the distribution index was 1.89.DSC and TG data showed that the melting point of bio-based high-temperature nylon was about 300℃.The cold crystallization temperature was low and narrow,and the processing temperature was wide,and the thermal residual weight was high.
