摘要
化成工艺是锂离子电池制备过程中的重要工序,对锂离子电池的容量、电压平台、倍率性能、高低温放电性能、存储性能和循环性能等具有很大影响。本文简述了近年来国内外在化成工艺对锂离子电池性能影响的最新研究进展,并对现阶段化成工艺研究过程中存在的不足进行了探讨,对未来的研究方向进行展望。
Formation process is an important process in the preparation of lithium-ion batteries,which has great influence on the capacity,voltage platform,rate performance,high and low temperature discharge performance,storage performance and cycle performance of lithium-ion batteries.In this paper,the latest research progress of the influence of formation process on the performance of Li-ion batteries at home and abroad in recent years has been briefly described.The shortcomings in the research process of formation process at present are also discussed,and the future research direction is prospected.
