Performance evaluation of antibacterial agents in laundry detergents

测试了几种常见杀菌剂加入洗衣液杀菌性能。结果表明,银离子和三氯生表现优异,可以通过2~3种菌的杀菌测试;提高PCMX浓度时,可以通过1种菌测试;二氯生无法通过杀菌测试。三氯生虽然杀菌效果较好,但其添加量较高。银离子添加量不可过高,否则洗衣液外观会变色。未来需要将杀菌剂适当复配,发挥其协同作用,减少单一杀菌剂用量,提高性价比。

The performance of several antibacterial agents in laundry detergents were tested.The test results showed that,according to QB/T 2738 at 1∶100 concentration dilution of laundry detergents during antibacterial testing,silver ion and triclosan performed well and could pass the test for two to three bacteria;PCMX could pass the test for one bacterium when its dosage was increased;diclosan could not pass the test.Although triclosan has a better bactericidal effect,its dosage is high.Dosage of silver ion should not be too high,otherwise the appearance of the laundry detergent will change at high temperature during stability test.It will be necessary to properly combine antibacterial agents to show synergistic effects,reduce the amount of a single antibacterial agent,and improve the cost performance.
