摘要
添加传统中药组方提取物,开发了4款化妆品:2款贴布式面膜、面霜、乳液。通过实验室调配打样,中试和大生产现场调整配方比例,各阶段样品质量检测和性能评估,研究了批量生产与实验室小样的差异及量产配方的调整方案,得到了实验室小样、中试、大生产配方及样品质量测试数据和评估结果。研究表明,中药组方提取物是引起化妆品量产差异的重要原因,通过调整流变调节剂、乳化剂用量,使量产产品和实验室小样保持一致,产品黏度数据、检测和评估结果验证了调整方案的可行性。配方最终得到了优化,4款化妆品量产通过率为100%。
With the addition of traditional Chinese medicine extract,four herbal functional cosmetics were developed,including two patch masks,a cream and a lotion.Through laboratory bench work,through pilot and large-scale production site adjustment of the formula ratio,through the sample quality testing and performance evaluation at each stage,the difference between mass production and laboratory samples was studied,and the adjustment scheme of the mass production formula was studied.Formulas for the laboratory samples and the pilot and large production were obtained.Quality test data and evaluation results of the samples were also obtained.The results show that the traditional Chinese medicine extract is an important factor for the difference in the mass production of cosmetics.The products of mass production become consistent with laboratory samples by adjusting the amounts of rheology modifiers and emulsifiers.The viscosity data,testing results and evaluation results of the products verify the feasibility of the adjustment scheme.Finally,the formulas were optimized.The mass production pass rates for the four cosmetics are 100%.
