摘要
转捩测量是实现飞行试验科学目标的关键,针对转捩测量的特殊需求,开展了高速飞行环境下力/热参数测量和大规模高密度测点布局技术研究,建立了精细化转捩测量方案,测点数目超过200个;同时开展表面台阶和传感器安装不共型偏差控制方法研究,显著减小了飞行过程中飞行器的表面阶差。飞行试验获得圆满成功,试验结果表明:转捩测量系统工作正常,获取全部有效数据,验证了建立的转捩测量方案的正确性。本次飞行试验首次获取了高速(Ma>6)有控条件下特定姿态的圆锥基础外形的转捩阵面精细型貌、转捩推进过程和脉动压力特性等宝贵的测量数据,为推动高速边界层转捩理论研究提供了重要的支撑。
The measurement of BLT is the key to achieve scientific goal of flight tests.According to special requirements of BLT measurement,the technology of measuring force/thermal parameters under hypersonic condition and arranging technology of large number and high-density measuring points are researched.Therefore,a refined BLT measurement program has been established,of which the number of measuring points exceeds 200.Meanwhile,the control method of surface step and sensor installation deviation are also researched,which can significantly reduce the surface step difference of vehicle during flight.The first flight test is successfully implemented.The test results show that BLT measurement system works normally and all data are effectively obtained,which verified the correctness of BLT measurement program.In this flight test,a lot of valuable transition data for cone under hypersonic condition is obtained for the first time,such as the fine shape of transition front with a specific attitude,transition process,the characteristics of pressure fluctuations,which provide important support for promoting hypersonic BLT research.
