建设线上线下混合式“金课”在《内科护理学》教学中的探索与应用

摘要 目的:探讨《内科护理学》教学中应用线上线下混合式“金课”教学法的可行性与有效性。方法:采用整群抽样的方法抽取我院医学部2018级护理学专业6个班共240名学生作为研究对象,根据实施教学方法不同,将研究对象随机分为线上线下混合式“金课”教学组和传统教学组,每组3个班各120人,经过一学期的教学,统计分析两组研究对象《内科护理学》的期末闭卷考试成绩、平时作业成绩,以及学生对教学质量的问卷评估结果,从而比较分析线上线下混合式“金课”教学法的价值。结果:传统教学组研究对象的平时作业成绩、期末闭卷考试成绩和教学质量评分结果均低于混合式“金课”教学组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:《内科护理学》教学中采用线上线下混合式“金课”教学法,可取得更好的教学效果,且能获得学生认可,可予以推广。 Objective:To explore the viability and application significance of applying online and offline mixed teaching modelling to internal medicine nursing teaching.Methods:120 students from Group 1 of Nursing Class 2018 and 120 students from Group 2 of Nursing Class 2018 were randomly selected as the object of this analysis.Among them,120 students from Group 1 of Nursing Class 2018 were used as the a mixed teaching group,and accepted online and offline mixed teaching mode learning.The 120 students in the Group 2 of Nursing Class of 2018 were taken as traditional teaching group and accepted the traditional teaching model.After one semester learning,Contrast and analyze the influence of two teaching modes on students’learning effects,in comparing the final closed-book exam result,homework average scores and the teaching quality questionnaire result of the two groups.Results:The comparison results show that compared with the students in the traditional teaching group,the students in the mixed teaching group have significantly better learning results in terms of final closed-book exam,homework and the teaching quality questionnaire.The difference in observation index between the two groups was P<0.05,indicating a statistically significant difference.Conclusion:The application of online-offline mixed teaching model to internal medicine nursing teaching has positive significance for improving teaching effect.It is acceptable from the students,and has promotion and application value.
