摘要
工学一体化的教学模式作为一种新型的教学方式,在职业院校中有着一定的影响力,其教学模式、教学内容以及教学评价也有着独特之处。本研究以雏鹰班的工学一体化课程——“设备的作业与维护”为例,阐述了课程的基本情况、教学设计以及详细的单元设计,以期激发职业教育的课堂革命,真正实现以学生为主体的课堂。实践表明工学一体化的教学模式既提升学生的专业技能,同时又培养学生主动探究、大胆沟通、分工协作的能力,达到全方位培养学生,进而提升人才培养的质量。
As a new teaching method,the teaching mode of work study integration has a certain influence in vocational colleges.Teaching mode,teaching content and teaching evaluation also have their own uniqueness.Taking the course"equipment operation and maintenance"as an example,this study expounds the basic situation,teaching design and detailed unit design of the course,in order to stimulate the classroom revolution of vocational education and truly realize the classroom with students as the main body.Practice shows that the teaching mode of work study integration not only improves students'professional skills,but also cultivates students'ability of active exploration,bold communication,division of labor and cooperation,so as to cultivate students in an all-round way,and then improve the quality of talent training.
