糖尿病人群科普教育模式现状分析及微信漫画平台管理糖尿病前期人群设计构想 被引量:2

Analysis of the Current Status of Diabetes Popular Science Education Model and the Design Concept of WeChat Comic Platform to Manage Pre-diabetes Population

摘要 糖尿病前期是血糖异常但未达到糖尿病诊断标准的状态,是糖尿病的可逆阶段,由于该阶段仅表现为血糖升高,没有明显的临床症状,因此易被忽略。基于互联网的糖尿病自我管理教育和支持模式是现今糖尿病慢病管理的主流形式。糖尿病前期知识的科学普及,有助于糖尿病的一级预防,并可明显降低糖尿病的发生率。文章综述了临床教育、护理教学等糖尿病管理工作领域中的应用进展,并分析其在糖尿病管理中目前存在的优势与局限性,同时提出微信漫画平台管理糖尿病前期人群的设计构想,以期通过对糖尿病前期及高危人群的科普教育及管理,为新时期糖尿病管理教育工作提供新的方向。 Pre-diabetes is a state in which blood glucose is abnormal but does not meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetes.It is a reversible stage of diabetes.Since it only shows elevated blood glucose and no obvious clinical symptoms,it is easy to be ignored.The Internet-based diabetes self-management education and support model is the mainstream form of diabetes chronic disease management today.The scientific popularization of pre-diabetes knowledge helps the primary prevention of diabetes and can significantly reduce the incidence of diabetes.This article summarized the application progress of diabetes management in clinical education,nursing teaching and other fields,and analyzed its current advantages and limitations in diabetes management.At the same time,it proposed the design concept of WeChat comic platform to manage pre-diabetes population in order to carry out diabetes.The science education and management of pre-diabetes and high-risk groups can provide a new direction for diabetes management education in the new period.
