自主性是国内外对创新型人才培养的基本要求,自主学习对于激发学生的内在学习动力和培养学生的创新思维都有重要的意义。医学综合设计性实验是一门全新的开放性课程,它打破了传统的“以教材为中心,以教师为主导”的验证式实验教学模式,创立以“学生为主体,教师为辅助”的综合性、设计性实验模式。该课程颠覆了以往实验课的授课模式,以学生高度自主为特点,通过带教老师的引导,对培养医学类本科生自主学习能力起到了积极的促进作用。

Autonomy is the basic requirement for the cultivation of innovative talents at home and abroad.Autonomous learning is of great significance to stimulate students’internal learning motivation and cultivate their innovative thinking.Medical comprehensive design experiment course is a new open course,which breaks the traditional“textbook centered,teacher led”verification experiment teaching mode,and creates a comprehensive and design experiment mode of“student-centered,teacher assisted”.This course subverts the previous teaching mode of experimental courses,and is characterized by students’high degree of autonomy.Through the guidance of teachers,it plays a positive role in promoting the cultivation of medical undergraduates’autonomous learning ability.
