摘要
目的探讨基于微信平台的“案例式”翻转课堂教学模式在胃肠外科临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法选择滨州医学院2017级五年制临床医学专业60名见习学生为研究对象,将其分为传统教学组(30名)和翻转课堂教学组(30名)。对比2种不同教学模式下学生的实践技能、理论知识和教学满意度,并进行统计分析。结果与传统教学组相比,翻转课堂教学组学生的实践技能、理论知识和教学满意度明显提升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用基于微信平台的“案例式”翻转课堂教学模式进行胃肠外科临床见习教学,能促使学生积极主动地学习,提高实践技能、理论知识和教学满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effect of“case-based”flipped classroom based on WeChat platform in the clinical teaching of gastrointestinal surgery.Methods 60 five-year clinical medical undergraduates from Binzhou Medical University(Grade 2017)were randomly divided into traditional teaching group(30 students)and flipped classroom teaching group(30 students).The practical skills,theoretical knowledge and teaching satisfaction of students in the two different teaching modes were compared and analyzed statistically.Results Compared with the traditional teaching group,the practical skills,theoretical knowledge and teaching satisfaction of students in the flipped classroom teaching group were significantly improved,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The“case-based”flipped classroom based on WeChat platform in the clinical teaching of gastrointestinal surgery can encourage students to actively study,and improve practical skills,theoretical knowledge and teaching satisfaction.
